Click and Collect

It is a fast, simple and free purchase method that allows you to order the products available in our online store and collect them directly from our physical store, once the order has been processed.

How does it work?

1. Order online
2. Pay online by credit card, Paypal and/or Amazon Pay
3. Select the "pick up in store" delivery option at checkout
4. You will receive a first email confirming that the order has been received, wait for the second confirmation email that will indicate that the product is available
5. Go to the store to collect your order, remember to bring an identity document and the order reference with you
6. If you wish, you can try the item purchased directly in the store, respecting the queue
7. If the items purchased do not fit, you can renounce the purchase and wait for the refund. Refunds will take place exclusively online, the store cannot issue vouchers or return money at all: you will be contacted by our customer support for the refund
8. Make sure to collect the product(s) you ordered within 8 days, otherwise the order will be canceled

Useful information for in-store collection

Upon collection in the store, you will be asked to sign a copy of the order and fill out a collection form. The identity document presented must be the same as indicated in the collection form. Your order will be available for collection starting from the next day, during the opening hours of the store: for more information visit the dedicated section on our website. You can make the return in the store or through the online return service. It may not be possible to change the model, color or size in the shop. In the event of withdrawal, you will be refunded using the payment method used for the online purchase, even if the return is requested in the store.
